Getting Started
Is Perkfinity free to use?+
Yes — completely free. Download the app, create an account, and start discovering perks. There are no subscription fees, no credit card required, and no premium tier. The businesses pay a flat monthly plan so that the app stays free for members.
Do businesses see my name, email, or contact info?+
No — never. Perkfinity is built privacy-first. When you join a business's member list or claim a perk, the business only sees an anonymous member count. Your name, email, and phone number are never shared with any merchant — this is a core design principle, not a setting you have to configure. Your city and zip code (not your live location) may be used so merchants can target campaigns to members in specific areas, giving you more relevant local deals.
What happens if I delete the app? Do I lose my perks or account?+
Deleting the app does not delete your account — your data and memberships are saved on our servers. Simply reinstall the app and sign in to restore everything. If you want to permanently delete your account, go to Profile → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes all your personal data from our systems.
How Perks Work
How does "Claim & Reveal" work for online promo codes?+
When you find an online brand on Perkfinity, tap Join Member List — this instantly adds you as a member of that brand and unlocks their current perk offer. Tap Reveal Code to see the promo code. The code is then copied to your clipboard so you can paste it at the brand's checkout online. The code is only revealed after you join, keeping it exclusive to members.
How do I use a Perkfinity promo code at an online store?+
After revealing your code in the app: (1) Visit the brand's website directly, (2) Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, (3) Look for a "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" field — paste the code you copied from Perkfinity, (4) The discount applies automatically. Each brand sets their own terms for when and how codes can be used.
How do QR scans work at local and physical businesses?+
Physical and mobile businesses display a Perkfinity QR stand at their location. Open the Perkfinity app, tap the scan icon, and point your camera at the QR code. You're instantly added to that business's member list and your perk appears on your Home page as Pending. Tap the gold banner to activate the offer and show it to the cashier. After they honor the offer, tap the green Mark as Redeemed button to complete it — no typing, no forms, no waiting.
Am I automatically added to a store's member list when I scan? Is that okay?+
Yes — scanning a QR code or tapping "Join Member List" adds you to that business's member list automatically. This is intentional: it removes friction so you get your perk in seconds. The benefit is real — once on a member list, you'll receive that business's Daily Digest perk offers, which are sent to you through email and push notifications.
What is the Daily Digest?+
Once you join a store's member list, you're eligible to receive the Perkfinity Daily Digest — a single daily summary that rounds up any new perk offers from all the businesses you're a member of, delivered in one push notification and one email. Instead of getting bombarded by separate messages from every store, you get one clean update each day covering everything. It's a quieter, more respectful way to stay in the loop on deals from places you already follow.
Discovery & Coverage
Can I use Perkfinity without visiting a physical store?+
Absolutely. The Promo Codes section of the app shows online brands and hybrid businesses whose codes you can claim and use entirely online — no store visit required. The Nearby Deals section is for discovering local and mobile businesses near you. You can use one, the other, or both depending on how you prefer to shop.
How many stores can I join?+
As many as you like — there's no limit. Whether it's your favorite local coffee shop, a mobile food truck, or an online brand you follow, you can join any number of businesses on Perkfinity.
Is Perkfinity available in my city?+
Perkfinity is available across the US. Online brand perks are accessible nationwide — there are no geographic restrictions on promo codes. For local businesses, availability grows as more merchants in your area join Perkfinity. If your favorite local spot isn't on the platform yet, encourage them to sign up at perkfinity.net/merchants — the more local businesses that join, the more offers you'll get right in your neighborhood.

How much does Perkfinity cost?+
Physical and Mobile merchants sign up for a flat monthly plan — no commissions, no per-member fees. Online and Hybrid businesses choose from three tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale) based on member capacity. See For Businesses for full pricing details.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?+
No contracts. Perkfinity is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time from your merchant dashboard. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then gets blocked. You can reactivate it at any time within 6 months. After 6 months of inactivity, the account is permanently deleted.
Business Types & Setup
What's the difference between the four business types?+
Physical — Brick-and-mortar stores with a fixed address. Members scan a QR code in-store to join and redeem.
Mobile — Pop-up businesses (food trucks, market vendors, traveling services) without a fixed location. Members scan your QR wherever you set up.
Online — Ecommerce brands with no physical location. Members claim and reveal a promo code to use at your online checkout.
Hybrid — Businesses with both an online presence and physical locations. Members can claim a code online and redeem it in-store, or join in-store and use codes online.
Mobile — Pop-up businesses (food trucks, market vendors, traveling services) without a fixed location. Members scan your QR wherever you set up.

Do I need special hardware, a POS system, or IT help?+
No. Physical and Mobile merchants use a printable QR stand — we generate it from your dashboard and you print it. No device, no software, no POS integration needed. Online and Hybrid merchants just need to share a promo code — your existing ecommerce checkout handles the rest. Setup takes minutes.
Members & Campaigns
How do customers join my member list?+
For Physical and Mobile merchants: customers scan your QR code with the Perkfinity app and are instantly added — no forms, no friction. For Online and Hybrid merchants: customers find your brand in the app, tap "Join Member List," and reveal your promo code. In both cases, the join flow is under 5 seconds and requires no personal information from the customer.
Can I import my existing customer database?+
Not directly — and that's by design. Because Perkfinity is built on a privacy-first foundation, we do not import or store your customers' personal information on their behalf. Every member on Perkfinity has chosen to join through the app, which keeps their data in their control. That said, we can help you transition your existing customer base. If you have an established member list, we can work with you to send them a personalized invitation — including your QR code — encouraging them to join your Perkfinity page on their own terms. Contact us to discuss the best approach for your business.
What data and analytics can I see about my members?+
Your merchant dashboard shows your total member count, recent join activity, campaign performance, and redemption history. You can also see member location data in aggregate (by city and ZIP code) for targeting campaigns — but you never see individual member names, emails, or contact information. Member privacy is always protected, and so is your business — because you never collect or handle personal identifying information, you carry zero PII liability.
Can I create multiple campaigns?+
Yes. From your merchant dashboard you can create as many campaigns as you need — discount offers, seasonal promotions, promo codes, and more. You can target campaigns to all your members or to specific segments by city or ZIP code. Your Welcome Offer (the perk shown to new members joining your list) can be updated at any time.
Enterprise
What is the Enterprise tier? How is it different?+
The Enterprise tier is designed for businesses with many locations, high member volumes, or complex operational needs — think regional chains, national franchise groups, or large online brands that need store-level performance tracking, centralized campaign management, and custom platform integration. Unlike the standard self-serve plans, Enterprise is a custom engagement. Fill out our Enterprise Inquiry form and our team will reach out to discuss your specific needs.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Log in to your merchant dashboard and go to the Billing tab. Click "Cancel Subscription" — your account stays active through the end of your current billing period, then gets blocked. Your account and data are preserved, and you can reactivate at any time within 6 months. After 6 months of inactivity, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
